The Bru Boru Cultural Center in Cashel, Co. Tipperary, is located just below the Rock of Cashel. Nightly they offer a program of traditional songs, music, and dance performed by talented college students sponsored by Ireland's cultural commission. This is not a "tourist trap," but is aimed at furthering Irish cultural heritage among the Irish people. Indeed, on the night we were there, the natives far out-numbered the tourists. By the way, we stayed at a wonderful B & B in Cashel, called "Tir-na-Nog," run by Tommy and Joan Malony. They provided wonderful meals, and made us feel part of their family.
